Non-traditional outdoor campaign.
Challenge
People generally percieve 1188 as a phone number info line, but 1188 provides all kinds of info. So how to make them call for other information as well?
Solution
We specially selected summer period and focused on outdoor activities, to be directly on the spot where people could need various information. We built a net of brand new sites using cycle tracks, nature trails, ZOOs and by contextual fitting ads gave peaople inspiration to call.
Results
Although 2010 was the first year without TV promo, there was no significant decrease in the calls and percentage of people calling with "not phone number" related queries has increased.
